Data Explorer Support

Up and Running Support - $250.00

Includes installation of Data Explorer on a single system at the client's site, to the point where the standard installation examples execute successfully. Also includes two hours of initial support, for a single user at the client site, in two forms:

1. e-mail question/response, at a minimum of 1/4 hour per incident -- responses normally provided within 24 hours, Monday - Friday;

2. start-up assistance in setting up import and simple display examples for representative data sets, at a minimum of 1 hour per example -- assistance normally provided within 48 hours, Monday - Friday.

Additional support or support for more users at the same site can be purchased by the hour at $100/hour or as part of one of the more comprehensive plans described below.

Basic - $550.00

Includes six hours per year of e-mail question/response support, for a single user at a client site. Each response is a minimum of 1/4 hour, normally provided within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.

Additional support or support for more users at the same site can be purchased by the hour (at $100/hour) or as part of one of the more comprehensive plans described below.

Standard - $1000.00

Includes up to twelve hours per year of e-mail question/response support, for a designated set of up to ten users at the client site. Each response is a minimum of 1/4 hour, normally provided within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.

Additional support can be purchased by the hour at $100/hour.

Premium - $9,000.00

Includes up to 120 hours per year of e-mail question/response support, for an unlimited number of designated users at the client site. Each response is a minimum of 1/4 hour, normally provided within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
